Luna Computer ("we", "us", or "our") built the BISense app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Luna Computer and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
1. Data Collection and Usage BISense is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal identifiable information to our servers.
2. Camera and Hand Tracking (TrueDepth & Vision API) To provide gesture-based mouse control, BISense requires access to your device's camera.
3. Bluetooth Data If you choose to use an Apple Watch with BISense, the app uses Bluetooth to receive motion (gyroscope and accelerometer) data. This data is transmitted locally between your Watch and your Mac. We do not store or track this motion data outside of the active app session.
4. Subscriptions and Payments (StoreKit) We offer in-app purchases (Pro versions) processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID. All transactions are handled by Apple's StoreKit.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
